-29-year-old Jesse Arnold of Washington was picked up on warrant for Failure to Appear for Theft. He was also found to be in Possession of Paraphernalia. No bond was set. The arrest took place at East Side Park at just before 9 last night.

-18-year-old Hunter Clark of Washington was arrested by city officers for Possession of Marijuana on Tuesday. That arrest took place Tuesday night when police received a report from someone who said Clark allegedly asked them if they wanted to buy marijuana.
