Three people were arrested after a Breaking and Entering investigation on Maxwell Avenue yesterday afternoon. -29-year-old Derek L. Godfrey and 37-year-old Jaqueline Acevedo were arrested by city police Thursday for Possession of Meth and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. Godfrey also charged with Possession of Marijuana and Stolen Property and Visiting a Common Nuisance. Acevedo faced additional charge of Maintaining a Common Nuisance. The third charged in the incident was 44-year-old Steven R. Geary of Washington. He faces Burglary, Residential Entry and Criminal Mischief charges. All three were jailed without bond.
