Around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, Washington Police arrested an Evansville man on charges of Battery and Disorderly Conduct. 64 year old David Winterman was taken to the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
Early this morning, the Indiana State Police arrested Arnold Heshelman of Loogootee with a warrant containing charges of Residential Entry and Criminal Mischief. Heshelman was taken to the Daviess County Security Center where he is being held on a $25,000 bond.
