Herbert Michael Mangin, 75, of Cocoa Beach FL. passed away in Washington, IN. while visiting family on Monday, June 11, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of the late Herbert Mangin and Marjorie Stellter Mangin Nalker and the stepson of the late Art Nalker.
He was a 1962 graduate of Washington High School and served in the US Navy where he was honorably discharged. He was a member of the American Legion and the VFW. He enjoyed reading, fishing, being outdoors and old movies.
He is survived by sons Tim Mangin, Michael Mangin (Diana Stevens), Diana was also his devoted caregiver, mother Marjorie Stellter Mangin Nalker, Washington, sister Mary Jo Jones, Oaktown, brothers Art Nalker Jr., Florida, Charles Nalker, California. He is also preceded in death by one brother Ronald Nalker.
A memorial service will be held Monday, June 18, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Sugarland Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at the mausoleum. Online condolences may be made at www.gillsince1872.com
