-Petersburg Fire and Indiana State Police responded about 9 last night to a fully engulfed vehicle fire on I69. It was near the Pike/Gibson County line at mile marker 38.8 south of Petersburg in the north bound lane of the interstate. There were no injuries.

-Both lanes of US 50 at DC Metals were shut down for a time Saturday morning while a Semi was was pulled from a field. There were no injuries in the apparent mishap. That was reported at 8:40 Saturday morning the road was closed for a short time starting just after 10-am.
-State police worked a multiple car accident at Highway 231 and 645 at Odon. There were no injuries. That was at 1:15 Saturday afternoon.
