Weekend arrests and accidents

-Overnight, 26 year old Jack Holland of Boonville was arrested by Sheriff’s Deputies on an out of county warrant.  No bond was set at the security center in Washington.

-Sunday, Sandra R. Embry, 58 of Washington was jailed for two counts of Operating While Intoxicated including with Endangerment.  Bond was set at $2000.

-On Saturday, 26-year-old Briar Chesnut of Washington was arrested on a warrant for Burglary and Theft.  Bond was set at $10,000.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department picked up Robin Baker, 38 of Vincennes on a Knox County warrant on Saturday.  No bond was set.

-Jasmine Marquez of Washington was jailed on Friday for Possession of Meth and Possession of a Schedule 2 Substance.  Bond was posted.

 

-Authorities worked an accident at State Road 57 at East Hefron in Washington at 6:25-pm last evening.  Southwest Medical, Washington Police and Fire and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department all responded.  Police reports say the incident involved a motorcycle and a helicopter was dispatched.  Two people signed statements of medical release at the scene.

-EMS and an Air Evac Helicopter were called to respond to a 10:38pm accident Saturday night at the Home Building Savings Bank Parking Lot behind City Hall.  It involved a juvenile boy and a bicycle.  No other information was released.
