Jury selection finished up yesterday Wednesday in the trial of the man accused of killing Halee Rathgeber. The court chose 14 jurors from a pool of about 180 people for this trial with 2 alternates. Both attorneys also gave opening statements. Isaiah Hagan is the defendant in the case. Hagan is charged with murder and robbery resulting in bodily injury in the death of Rathgeber.
She was found over a year ago and had died from a gunshot to the head. Her body located in a parking lot near Indiana 66 at Newburgh.
