Sherian A. Loudermilk

Sherian A. Loudermilk, 72, of Vincennes, passed away at 6:00 pm Monday March 12, 2018 peacefully at Good Samaritan Hospital.

She was born June 6, 1946 in Dover, Delaware to John and Dorcil (Ragel) Shockley.

Sherian and her late husband owned Pal and Sal Rentals. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in where she was had been involved in the Steven’s Ministry and teaching Sunday School to name just a few. Sherian enjoyed knitting, ceramics, and being part of the Thursday Thumpers, a local bowling league.

Surviving are her mother, Dorcil Armstrong of Fullerton, CA, her children, Louise and Mark Cossari of Martinsville, Brenda and Dawson Morgan of Lowell, Patrick and Valerie Loudermilk of Bridgeport, and Mia and John Vinson of Merrillville; her brother, Larry Armstrong, of Cleveland, OH, her sister, Linda Frederickson, of Anaheim, CA; her grandchildren, Christine Reel, Angelina Cossari, Gabrielle Morgan, Madilyn Loudermilk, Melina Loudermilk, Megan Vinson, Elizabeth Vinson, Katelyn Vinson, Anna Vinson, Jessica Reel, and Bradley Reel; along with her great grandchildren, Emma and Cullen Davis.

She was preceded by her father, John Shockley, and her step grandfather, Larry Armstrong.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, March 19, 2018 with a memorial service starting at 7:00 pm. A Private family burial will be Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be to the First Baptist Church Mission Fund. Online condolences may be made at goodwinfamilyfh.com.
