Nancy C. Ramey, 76, of Vincennes, formerly of Oaktown, passed away at 1:40 am Wednesday March 7, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born January 15, 1942 in Vincennes to Walter F. and Hope I. (Nead) Broady.
She retired as manager of the Retail Clerks Pension Fund in Atlanta. Nancy was a member of the Mariah Creek Christian Church, the Lower Johnson Homemakers Club, and the Crazy Ladies Card Club. Nancy felt her mission in life was to cook complete dinners for couples in the church as she was known as an outstanding cook.
Surviving are her sister, Sue Mahrenholz of Vincennes; a niece Diana Robling and her husband, Brett of Lawrenceville, and her great niece and nephew, Kari and Joe Bedwell of Lawrenceville. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Olin Richard “Dick” Ramey, who preceded her on January 10, 2018
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Saturday March 10, 2018 at Goodwin Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Hoffman officiating. Burial will follow at a later date in Mariah Creek Cemetery.
