Delbert Wallace Mosier, 82, of Washington, passed away at 4:44 am Monday, March 5, 2018 at Eastgate Manor in Washington.
He was born September 21, 1935 in Scott County, Indiana to Delbert Ward and Mary (Grady) Mosier.
Delbert retired from the Air Force National Guard after 23 years, he then worked at Westinghouse in Bloomington for 23 years and retired from the Monroe County Sherriff’s office as a deputy after 13 years.
Surviving are his wife, Debbie (Cochran) Mosier, whom he married on June 7, 1987; a daughter, Yautra Gay of Colorado; a sister, Bobbie Ryan of Indianapolis ; and a grandchild, Omar Sewar of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers.
Graveside services will be held at 3:15 pm Friday, March 9, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery in Vincennes. Visitation will be from 2-3 at the Goodwin Funeral Home in Vincennes. Goodwin Sievers Funeral is honored to assist with arrangements.
