A Washington woman who pleaded guilty to Sexual Misconduct with a Minor has been sentenced in Daviess Superior Court.
Tabatha Benton’s crimes occurred in 2016 and involved a 15 year old boy. Benton was 23 at the time.
The Washington Times Herald reports Benton was sentenced to two years of home detention and one year probation. She was also ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and comply with any Child Protect Services requirements.
