Drug raids in Martin County this week have netted 7 people on various drug charges.

The Martin County Sheriff’s Department reported yesterday that on Monday this week, 43-year-old Angela Reynolds of Shoals contacted a confidential informant to sell meth.  A sheriff’s deputy working undercover met her south of Loogootee while the sheriff and chief deputy followed in an unmarked car.  Reynolds took the money but changed her story and delayed delivery.  Anticipating the deal would not take place; officers ended the operation at a gas station.  Reynolds placed a gym bag in the back of the car.  A search of the bag turned up paraphernalia testing positive for meth.  Reynolds was arrested for Conspiracy to Deal Meth and Possession of Meth and Paraphernalia.

Then Tuesday morning at 3-am, a controlled buy was made in Loogootee where authorities say tony Allen and Tammy Allen allegedly sold meth with minors in a home.  There was also a pistol present.  Officers decided to suspend the operation and execute a warrant later in the day when the minors were not there.

At 10-am, a search warrant was served.    Meth was located in the home.  Six people were arrested there on various drug related, nuisance and neglect of dependent charges.  They were; 52-year-old Tony Allen, 49-year-old Tammy Allen, 25-year-old Cody Fields, 32-year-old Stacy Fields, 27-year-old Patrick Mattingly, and 25-year-old Tony Allen-the 2nd
