A Dubois County man was sentenced in Daviess Superior Court Monday after pleading guilty to Sexual Misconduct. The case dates back to 2015 when 32-year-old Kyle Sickbert was charged with four counts of Child Molesting, Sexual Misconduct and Sexual Battery. As part of a plea agreement, the Washington Times Herald (www.washtimesherald.com) reports today that Sickbert agreed to plead guilty to the Sexual Misconduct Felony.
He was sentenced to 900 days in the Daviess Security Center, with only 360 days to be served on Home Detention. He was also ordered to undergo therapy and evaluated for sexual abuse treatment and classes.
