-Washington Police investigated the theft of some items at Circle K at 50 and 57 yesterday.
-A syringe was found on the sidewalk of 15th and McCormick at just before 2 yesterday afternoon. About a half hour later, there was a report of a syringe found in the grass at 16th and Jackson near a school bus stop.
-There was a minor two vehicle accident at National Highway and Williams Brothers Drive at about 3 yesterday.
-The Knox County Sheriff’s Department arrested 22-year-old Kyle Stewart for Battery, Strangulation and Neglect of a Dependent. He was jailed at just after 11 last night.
-19-year-old Tanya Burden was booked into the Knox county Jail yesterday afternoon for Neglect of a Dependent.
