Break-in at the Chamber; Woman Charged with Check Fraud

-Washington Police are investigating break-in and burglary at the Chamber of Commerce Office on Depot Street.  The incident was reported just after 8-am yesterday morning.  Police reports say someone broke into the back door and into an office and took a laptop computer.

-Minor accident with no injuries was reported at the Washington McDonald’s at just before 7 Monday morning.

 -28-year-old Taleena Morales of Washington was charged with Residential Entry and Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury. The arrest warrant was served overnight by Washington Police.  Bond was posted.

-A Washington woman was charged with Operating While Never Receiving a License.  21-yeawr-old Yancy Flores was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department yesterday. Bond was posted.

-A Washington Police investigation led to charges of Credit Card Fraud against a Washington woman.  28-year-old Sarah Petry was booked into the security center on the charge yesterday.  Bond was set at $2500.
