Stolen Vehicle Located in PA; Several Arrest for Battery over the Weekend

-Daviess County daily logs show a 98 Ford Van reported stolen locally was located in Bensalem, Pennsylvania over the weekend.  The call from police there came into the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department at 11:45 last night.  The investigation is continuing.

-Authorities worked an accident reported from a residence on 200-South near Loogootee Sunday at 10:30-am.

-There was a car/deer crash on 57 north of Plainville reported at 12:28-am Sunday.

-A vehicle rear-ended another at the light on 57 and East National Highway at about 9-am Saturday morning.  There were no injuries.

-A Washington man was arrested Saturday for Domestic Battery.  No bond was set for 30-year-old Jonathan Spaulding.

-Christina Riffey, 39 of Washington was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department on Saturday for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury to a pregnant woman.

-24-year-old Dillion Baugh of Montgomery, was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated Refusal on Saturday.  He’s also charged with Possession of a Schedule 2 Controlled Substance and Paraphernalia and with Trafficking with an Inmate.

-Sunday, 41-year-old Christopher Grannan was arrested by Daviess County Deputies for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Inhaling Toxic Vapors and on an Out of County Warrant.  No bond was set.

-42-year-old Rommel McGregor of Chicago was arrested Sunday for Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance.

 

-A 2:05-am on Sunday morning, Vincennes Police arrested two Lawrenceville residents for Disorderly Conduct.  22-year-old Cheyana Gayle Williams and 23-year-old Erica Grace Turner were both taken into custody in the 100 block of main in Vincennes.

-Chad Shreve, 35 was booked into the Knox County Jail at 3:15 Sunday morning.  He’s charged with Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Child under 16.

-Vincennes Police arrested 30-year-old Frank Licon and 33 year old Ashley Osborne over the weekend for Possession of Meth and a Syringe and for Visiting a Common Nuisance.  They were jailed at midnight Saturday.
