Short Police Chase Thursday and a Warrant Arrest for Armed Robbery…

-Washington Police reported to dispatch at 8:32 last night they were in pursuit of a vehicle east on Memorial Avenue near Northeast 20th Street. Five minutes later the vehicle being chased stopped.  Officers arrested 45-year-old Gary Neidige of Washington for Fleeing with a Vehicle and Reckless Driving.  He’s also charged with Resisting Law Enforcement and being a Habitual Traffic Offender.  No bond was set. 

-Washington City Police have arrested a Washington man on a warrant for Armed Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery Resulting in Bodily Injury.  19-year-old David Redmond was booked into the Security Center on the charges yesterday and was being held on a $250,000 bond.

-Washington Police have charged 40-year-old Angel Underhill of Montgomery with Battery on Law Enforcement, Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury and Resisting Law Enforcement.  She was arrested yesterday and was jailed without bond.

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36-year-old Abbie Like of Vincennes yesterday following an accident.  She’s charged with Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Driving While Suspended with a Prior.

-Wednesday, 24-year-old Jenny Davis of Washington was booked into the Daviess County Security Center for Failure to Appear for Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Bond was posted.
