Robert “Robbie” Michael Doades, 41, of Vincennes, received his angel wings on January 11, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Hospital, with his family, Dr. Payton, and his staff at Robbie’s bedside.
Robbie was born March 4, 1976, in Vincennes, to Kenneth Rex Doades and Pamela Sue (Webber) Doades.
Surviving is his mother, Pam Doades of Vincennes, IN; his father, Kenneth Doades of Vincennes, IN; his sister, Kimberly Wood and her husband, Phillip, and their children, Mason, Evan, and Caden, all of Hymera, IN; his aunt and uncle, Bobby and Linda Webber of Vincennes, IN; his cousin, Rhonda Young and her sons, Jackson and Noah Young, all of Princeton, IN; his uncle, Archie Webber of Vincennes: his aunt, Janet Rego and her family from New River, AZ; and several more aunts, uncles, and cousins on both the Webber and Doades sides of the family.
Robbie made several friends throughout his life, including Chris Ernst and the staff at Miller Construction; friends at Old National Bank; and the staff at Willow Manor, where he lived from April 16, 1998 to January 11, 2018. He also made friends through his sister, Kim.
Family members that have preceded him are Robert G. Webber, Anita J. Webber, Judith Ann Vance, Hobart and Martha Webber, Elmer Pete Umfleet, Olive Umfleet, and Ray and May Doades.
Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 – 1:00 on Thursday, at Goodwin Funeral Home. The funeral will begin at 1:00, and burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
