Sarah M. Mason, 49, of Seymour, formerly of Shoals, passed away at 4:55 p.m. Friday, December 29, 2017.
She was born in Washington, Indiana to the late Coy Cecil and Carolyn Sue (Coulter) Johnson.
Sarah was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. She enjoyed learning about her heritage with the Cherokee Nation.
She was preceded in death by her son, Devin Mason; parents, Coy and Carolyn Johnson; brother, Harold Johnson.
Sarah is survived by her children, Allysha Mason and her fiancé, Jason Sipes of Shoals and Derek Mason of Colorado; grandchildren, Asher Sipes, Polarra and Langdon Price, Lucas Ray Underwood-Mason, Victoria Renee Maxine Mason and Tucker Mason; sister, Dottie (Timothy) Troutman of Shoals, Kim Spurgeon of Shoals, David Johnson of Tunnelton.
Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Bryantsville Church of Christ Cemetery in Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to: Old National Bank in Care of Allysha Mason for Sarah Johnson Funeral Expenses.
