New State Rep Getting Sworn In

          Newly caucus elected Indiana State Representative Shane Lindauer of Jasper is being sworn in today.

          He was elected in a Republican Caucus held in Jasper recently to replace Mike Braun who resigned his seat to focus on a US Senate Race.  Lindauer serves District 63 including pars of Daviess, Dubois, Pike and Martin Counties.

                    In a recent interview on WAMW’s  Focus on the Community, Lindauer talked about how he believes local government is a better place for governance to take place…

          Lindauer  says the states originally gave power to the federal government and cities and counties gave power to the state.  He says he believes decisions should be localized as much possible.
