French Lick Resort will host the American Veterans Traveling Tribute (AVTT) and the AVTT Traveling Vietnam Wall from November through Sunday. The resort invites the public to a special presentation on Thursday at 4 p.m., that will officially begin the four day showcase of the Tribute and Vietnam Wall at French Lick.
The AVTT Traveling Vietnam Wall is touring across the United States to pay tribute to men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our country. The Wall is an 80% scale version of the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. Every name on the original wall is etched on the Wall, which is 360 feet in length.
Rubbings may be taken with the provided wall rubbing sheet. The journey began in 1998 as a way to allow people to honor and remember veterans and active military personnel. French Lick Resort is located at 8670 West State Road 56 in French Lick, Indiana.
