Four Arrested for Possessing Meth & Hypodermic Needles

Thursday night at approximately 8:00, Indiana State Police and Knox County Sheriff’s Department responded to 8444 North SR 550, Bruceville, after receiving information Chiffonne Puckett, 34, was at the residence. Puckett was wanted out of Daviess County for failing to appear for a resisting law enforcement charge. When officers arrived they found Puckett and she was arrested without incident. While inside the residence, a Knox County deputy observed a hypodermic needle containing a clear liquid substance. A search of the residence revealed several smoking pipes, scales and two other needles containing a liquid substance. The liquid substance in the needles later field tested positive for meth. The homeowner, David Yoder, 52, Puckett and two other people were arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.
