The Montgomery Turkey Trot Festival kicks off tomorrow night at the Montgomery Ruritan Park. Thursday night gate admission is $10 and includes live entertainment on the Big Stage with Jim and Lynna Woolsey from Pike County. The Woolseys put out their 2nd independent release called Heart and Soul Blood and Bone a little over a year ago. The album and several songs have been on the Roots Music Bluegrass traditional and contemporary bluegrass charts for several months…..here are some samples…
