-The Daviess County sheriff’s Department arrested a Lawrence County, Indiana man yesterday on drunken driving charges. 46-year-old Jeremy S. Clevenger of Mitchell was charged with Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment, with Greater than or Equal to .15% and Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $5000.
-52-year-old Franklin J. Allen of Washington was arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia, and a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence. That arrest took place overnight and was made by Washington Police.
-At 3:51 Monday afternoon, Vincennes Police arrested 34-year-old Michael Andrew Tripp of Vincennes was jailed on a Probation Violation Warrant. The arrest took place in the 2600 block of Main.
-Vincennes Police investigated a hit and run in the 10 block of North 1st yesterday. Arrested in the incident was 52-year-old Max Lane of Vincennes charged with Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment and Refusal, Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Disorderly Conduct and Driving without Insurance. Vincennes Police were assisted by Bicknell and VU Police and the Knox County Sheriff’s Department.
