Mount Carmel, Illinois Police stopped the 2001 Pontiac and learned the vehicle was stolen. The driver was identified as 27 year-old Whitney O. Willett of Princeton and the passenger was identified as 36 year-old Justin A. Lee of Vincennes. Narcotics and drug paraphernalia were located inside of the vehicle. Both Willett and Lee were arrested and transported to the Wabash County, Illinois Jail.
Willett is charged with driving while suspended, unlawful possession of stolen vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of hypodermic needles. Lee was arrested on a Knox County warrant and charged locally with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic needle.
