-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department and Cannelburg and Montgomery Fire Departments spent some time yesterday on a missing persons report. The call came in just before noon from a Montgomery residence concerning a five year old girl. At that point she had not been seen for about 90 minutes. The child was located safe and sound about 12:25-pm.
-Three vehicles were involved in a property damage accident at the Washington Wal-Mart parking lot yesterday It happened at 2:04-pm. There were no injuries.
-Police were called to 57 and Cumberland drive for a two car accident around 2 yesterday. There were no injuries.
-Washington Police conducted an investigation yesterday and arrested a woman for domestic battery and possession of marijuana. No bond was set for 24-year-old Bobbie Emmons of Washington.
-A Montgomery woman was arrested in Odon for possession of a controlled substance. 43-year-old Holly Heffernan was arrested by Odon Police on the charge. She was jailed on a $2000 bond.
-35-year-old Sasha Martin of Port St.Lucie, Florida was jailed on Thursday for operating while intoxicated.
-24-year-old Alexander Walls of Washington was being held on a $2500 bond for conspiracy to commit theft and theft. Bond was set at $2500.
-Dakota Glenn Allen, Mason Welte, and Mathew Benton Dale all 19, were arrested by Vincennes Police overnight for possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. They were jailed in the midnight hour last night.
-At just after 11 last night, Lionel Bogard was booked into the Knox County Jail after being arrested by county officers for dealing in meth, resisting law enforcement and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
-Courtney Eakins, 26, and 27 years Paul Jensen were arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Department last night for possession of meth.
-Excise police took 32 year old Crystal Lamkin into custody in Knox County. She was jailed last night for 3 counts of operating while intoxicated including with endangerment, and with a controlled substance. She’s also charged with possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
