Drive Sober campaign has started

drive-sober-or-get-pulled-over-2-2

The Drive Sober or Get Pulled over campaign started yesterday in Indiana and runs through Labor Day.

Local law enforcement will be involved in the blitz which will crack down on impaired motorists.  There’ll be increased sobriety checkpoints and more police on the roads watching for those who may be driving under the influence.  220 Hoosier police and sheriff’s departments are participating.  Officers will be working overtime and being paid through federal highway money from the Criminal Justice Institute.
