A Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputy and School Resource Officer has been arrested on charges of child seduction.
Monday afternoon, Indiana State Police arrested a Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputy and school resource officer, Daniel Greer of Princeton, following an investigation that began in June.
Earlier this year the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint against the 29 year old Greer. The complaint alleged that Greer had sexual relations with two male juveniles. At the request of the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department, the Indiana State Police began an investigation in early June. Greer is alleged to have had sexual relations with the juveniles while off-duty and off school grounds. Greer was taken into custody at 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon and incarcerated in the Knox County Jail. He is being held without bond. Greer faces two felony counts of child seduction and one felony count of obstruction of justice.
