(NETWORK IN)–The Indianapolis Zoo has been named one of the ten best zoos in the country. Conde Nast Traveler puts Indy at number two, bested only by California’s well known San Diego Zoo. The zoo in Indianapolis is the only location in the Midwest where you can swim with dolphins. It’s also the only park in the whole country certified as a zoo, an aquarium and a zoological garden. Best seen, says Conde Nast, from a gondola ride–a perfect vantage point for taking pictures of both the animals and the city’s skyline.
