US Navy Captain Mark Oesterreich will accept leadership from Captain Jefferey Elder who is retiring after 28 years.
Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch is expected to attend along with former Lt. Governor and current Chair of the Board of Directors for RADIUS Indiana, Becky Skillman. Also attending will be Rear Admiral Johnny Wolfe, the program executive for Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense of Virginia.
The formal chance of command ceremony is slated for 10:30-am.
