Marston Roy Fowler, age 57, of Washington, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born on June 21, 1960 in Brownsburg to James G. and Kay (Templin) Fowler. He graduated from Washington Catholic High School in 1978 and was retired from the Indiana Department of Transportation where he had worked as an inspector. He was a member of the Antioch Christian Church Praise Team. He had married Kathy (Green) Fowler, together they had five children and she survives in Washington. He had owned and operated the Brass Lantern and loved cooking and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed coaching YMCA youth football.

He is survived by his mother, Kay Fowler of Washington; four sons, Justin Fowler, Jantson Fowler and Shawn Fowler all of Washington and Joshua Fowler of Vincennes; one daughter, Shaylee Fowler of Washington; sister, Edith Klumper of Mayfield, Kentucky; two brothers, James Fowler and Pat Fowler both of Washington; four grandchildren,  Cameron Fowler, Lyric Fowler, Owyn Willis and Layton Steimel; several nieces and nephews;

He was preceded in death by his father, James G. Fowler; nephew, Patrick Fowler; grandparents, Roy and Alma Templin and Marston R. and Edith Fowler.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Antioch Christian Church with Ron Roe and Yvonne Evans officiating. Burial will follow in St John Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday at Antioch Christian Church.
