Several drug overdoses in Bloomington is being linked to a particularly potent synthetic heroin mixed with spice. The Bloomington Police Department responded to 10 overdoses between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday night. Investigators said all 10 of those overdoses have been linked to a tan colored heroin and spice or synthetic cannabis. Investigators are still working to determine the source of the drugs and what is making them so potent. Anyone with information is asked to contact Bloomington police.
