Local police agencies busy with several incidents

SATURDAY ARRESTS

-Odon Police arrested two 18-year-old girls overnight.  Reagan Hammond of Bloomfield and Anna Decker of Newberry are both charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.  Both posted bond.

-James Raber, 25 of Odon was arrested on today’s date for possession of meth and paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. That arrest made by the sheriff’s department.  Bond was set at $2500.

-Washington Police took 26-year-old Heath Matteson into custody overnight for operating while intoxicated.

-Washington Police arrested a Pike County Man early today for possession of meth, marijuana, a controlled substance and paraphernalia.  38-year-old Keith Markle of Velpen was incarcerated without bond.

 FRIDAY ARRESTS

-Three people were arrested after Friday morning traffic stop in Washington.  Just before noon, it was reported that customers had taken items from the Budget Inn on East South Street.  Police gathered the information and a description of the alleged thieves and a vehicle.  About 40 minutes later, the suspect vehicle was stopped at West National Highway and Southwest 6th. Some items allegedly stolen from the Budget Inn were recovered.  Arrested were 30-year-old Joshua Cory of Washington and 29-year-old Alison Marie Breeden of Odon.  Both are charged with theft and Breeden was also charged with possession of a legend drug.  32-year-old Christina Lee Trayweek of Washington was also arrested and charged with theft. 

-Shirley Cocker, 44 of Loogootee was arrested Friday for possession of meth and a controlled substance and for criminal trespass. The arrest was made by the Daviess county Sheriff’s Department.  Bond was set at 42500.

-Alison Demontogny was jailed for theft and possession of legend drugs.  No bond was set.

-Dustin Russell, 25 of Cannelburg was arrested on an out of county warrant Friday.  No bond was set.

-Cara Atchley, 48 of Washington was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department Friday for criminal recklessness in a motor vehicle.  Bond was posted.
