DAVIESS  COUNTY ARRESTS

-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31-year-old Kimberly J. Bass of Vincennes yesterday.  Bass was wanted on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence. Bond was set at $5000.

-Washington City Police investigated an accident on Wednesday in which a local man was charged.  25-year-old James W. Mischler was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.  He was booked into jail without bond.

-A Montgomery man has been charged arrest warrant for sexual battery and battery by bodily waste.  48-year-old John E. Barber was arrested by Indiana State Police yesterdasy and booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $7500 bond.  Bond was posted.

-20 year old Aaron D. Raber of Montgomery was arrested by state police on a failure to appear warrant.  He bonded out of jail.

-Early today, Washington Police arrested 36-year-old Melissa D. Jones of Washington for possession of paraphernalia and marijuana. She’s also charged with maintaining a common nuisance.  Also charged in the investigation was 38-year-old David A. Jones of Washington charged with two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated including with refusal and with a prior.  He was also charged with driving while suspended. Both were booked into the security center without bond.

KNOX COUNTY ARRESTS

-Vincennes Police investigated a report of a fight in the 600 block of Scott Street last night at 6-pm.  They arrested 51-year-old Tracy Tweedy for residential entry.

-At 6:30 last night, Vincennes Police were called to the Kimmell Road Shopping Center on a shoplifting report.  They arrested 39-year-old James O. Hooten for theft and found he was wanted on a warrant for theft.

-46-year-old Christopher Brown was picked up by state police Wednesday on a warrant for failure to appear. He’s also charged with driving while suspended.

-The Knox County Sheriff’s Department arrested two people on separate failure to appear warrants Wednesday. 48-year-old Jonathan Lee was booked in at 5:48-am while 22-year-old Jacob Kendrick was jailed at 8:19-am.
