Juanita House, 89, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Amber Manor in Petersburg.

 

 

 

 

Juanita was born in Washington on June 19, 1927 to Roy and Mabel (McCary) May. She graduated from Washington High School and had attended Aikman Creek Church. She is survived by two daughters, Reba (Andy) Arvin of Loogootee, Judy (Bob Killion) Robinson; two sons; Roger (Veronica ) Robinson of Loogootee and Eldon (Lida) of Velpen; two brothers, Asil May and Dudley May of Washington; four sisters, Naomi Thomas and Nina Way of Washington, Vera Rogowski of Florida, and Carol Rediger of Arizona. She is preceded in death by her parents; two grandsons, Kyle Birt and an infant grandson; sisters, Frieda Arthur, Virginia Robinson and Rosemary Fidler, and an infant twin sister; brothers, Laverne May, Leon May and Philip May. Her children will be having a memorial service in her honor on Thursday at 6:00 pm at Ed Lee Mortuary. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
