-A traffic stop Friday at the entrance to Jamestown Apartments resulted in two arrests. 22-year-old Juan Onel Vargas Junior of Vincennes was charged with possession of paraphernalia while 22-year-old Jenna K. Hill is charged with possession of a synthetic drug. The city’s k9 unit was used in the investigation.
-A Sunday traffic stop at VanTrees and Northwest 2nd ended in the arrest of 47-year-old Jamie Tijerina of Washington. He’s charged with operating while intoxicated with greater than .15% blood alcohol content.
-Washington Police were called to an apartment on South Meridian over the weekend. Upon investigation, 58-year-old George G. Craney of Washington was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.
-Indiana State Police arrested a man and a woman from out state for possession of marijuana on Sunday. 43-year-old Joseph Rainville and 33-year-old Samantha Donoho, both of Owosso, Missouri were booked into the Daviess County Security Center on the charge. Bond was posted.
