-29-year-old Kevin Flax of Washington was arrested yesterday on a warrant by Washington Police. No bond was set.
-20-year-old Malik Waggoner of Washington was arrested on a warrant Thursday. Bond was set at $50,000.
-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 34-year-old Charity Mattingly for theft following an investigation. Bond was set at $2500. Also arrested in the incident was 40-year-old Chad Mattingly for conspiracy to commit theft, possession of a controlled substance and a petition to revoke a suspended sentence.
