Diana Jo Conrad, 72, of Washington, went to her Heavenly Home on February 15, 2017 while surrounded by her loving family at Memorial Hospital in Jasper, IN.
She was born on June 28, 1944 to John and Eula (Fisher) Truelove in Washington, IN. She graduated from Washington High School in 1962 and received her Associate’s degree from Vincennes University. On May 17, 1996, Diana married Larry Conrad. She worked at Cato, Peebles, Stage, and also Trader Baker’s. She was a member of Bethel North Church and of the Moose Lodge and Legion Auxiliary. She loved her family and her little schnauzer dog named Bosley.
Diana is survived by her husband, Larry Conrad; fur baby Bosley; children Kelly Grimmett (Ken), Becky Lefler (Bart), Kellie Woods (Harley), and Kim Toy; also her grandchildren Kendra Grimmett, Kelsey Garvin (Joe), Abby Lefler, Grace Lefler, Elek Hatton, and Hailee Toy; and sister Sharon Eck. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother in law Orland Eck.
A Memorial service is being held for Diana on Saturday, February 18, 2017at 2:00 pm at Gill Funeral Home. Friends may call prior to the service at the funeral home on Saturday from 12-2. Online condolences may be made at www.gillsince1872.com.
