Two helicopters were dispatched to a North Daviess home following an early morning house fire. The report of the fire came in just before 5-am at 427 State Road 58 Elnora. Elnora Fire, Southwest Medical and County Sheriff’s officers responded. The home was fully engulfed at one point. Two occupants managed to get out but suffered smoke inhalation. Two Air Evac choppers were called to the scene to transport the two to Daviess Community Hospital. Names were not released.
