Diana J. May, 78, of Washington passed away Tuesday at 5:05 p.m. at the Villages of Oak Ridge.

Diana was born Oct. 1, 1938, in Wisconsin, to James Berry and Mildred
(Bass) Berry.
She is survived by sister Carolyn Willis of Jasper; brother Gerald Wayne (Mary) Culver of Huntingburg; grandchild Tyger (Paul) Smith; five great-grandchildren, Brie, Joston, Gunner, Frankie and Issac; nephew Matt Dillion; nieces Cindy (Richard) Smith and Becky (John) Norick; great-nephew Matt Dillon Jr.; friends Doris Mason of Oakland City and Freida Gilliand of LaPorte.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Berry; her mother Mildred Culver and stepfather Clarence Culver; and a brother, Bobby Berry.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Ed Lee Mortuary, with Matt Dillon Sr. officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
