Phoebe J. Bement died Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 5:03 pm at her residence.
Phoebe was born April 5, 1924 in Algiers, IN to Floyd McClellan and Myrtle Willis.
Phoebe marries Harrell “Bunny” Bement on May 12, 1967. He preceded her in death in 1994. Phoebe was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son-in-law, John Welch of Petersburg; daughters, Hooky (Tom) McCrary of Petersburg, Teresa (David) Williams – Francisco; 3 grand children and 5 great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were a daughter, Barbara “Bobbie” Welch; Sisters, Melya Selby, Alma Grace Potts; Brother, Rex (Dolly) McClellan.
She attended Brenton Chapel Church.
Services are at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Petersburg IN with Brother George Fiscus on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 10am EST.
