Daviess County Treasurer Elaine Wellman has been named Secretary of the Indiana County Treasurer’s Association. She was appointed to the post at the 58th annual state treasurer’s conference held in Allen County the last week of September. The conference offers county officials a wide variety of professional development courses as well as opportunities to network with their peers. Lawrence County Indiana Treasurer, Paula Stewart was named President of the Association at the conference.
