The investigation of voter registration fraud in Indiana has expanded from nine counties to a total of 57 including, Daviess, Knox, Martin, Greene, Gibson and Dubois.

Indiana State Police began looking into voter fraud in Hendricks and Marion Counties in August that expanded to Allen, Delaware, Hamilton, Hancock, Johnson, Lake and Madison Counties just this week.    Detectives said a group called Indiana Voter Registration Project turned in forged voter registration applications. They said they were also altering already registered voter’s information, changing the voter’s address to an address not associated with the voter and without the voter’s knowledge.  The business offices of Indiana Voter Registration Project on N. Meridian Street in Indy were raided this week. State police aren’t able to tell at this point how many registered voters might be victims of voter fraud. If you are affected, you’ll need to cast a provisional ballot. The voter registration deadline in Indiana is October 11 at noon which is this coming Tuesday.  Go to Indianvoters.com to check your registration status.
