Marijuana and alcohol arrests made over the weekend.
-Indiana State Police booked 24-year-old Justin M. Miller of Washington into the Daviess County Security Center at 4:14-am on Saturday. He’s charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana.
-37-year-old Steven J. Puza of Gary was jailed on an out of county warrant on Saturday. No bond was set.
-Washington Police arrested 27-year-old Tommi I. Todd of Washington on Saturday. Todd was jailed at just after 6-pm for a felony count of operating while intoxicated, possession of a handgun without a license and neglect of a dependent. No bond was set.
-Sunday, The Daviess County Sheriff’s Departmetn arrested 51-year-old William T. Lucas for operating while intoxicated with greater than .15% BAC . He’s also charged with OVWI with endangerment and with a prior.
-Early today (Monday), Indiana State Police charged Ashley N. Thrasher with reckless driving. No bond was set for the 30 year old from Washington.
-Washington Police booked 24-year-old Victor M. Sanchez-Lopez at 2:13 this morning for operating while never licensed. No bond was set.
