Sheilda M. Churchill, 67, of Washington, passed away at 9:24 p.m. Thursday at Eastgate Nursing Center.
She was born July 22, 1949, in Washington.
She is survived by cousins, Mike and Janie Coppel of Columbus, Indiana.
Her husband, Steve Churchill, whom she married May 15, 2000, preceded her in death Jan. 23, 2011. She is also preceded in death by her mother, Regina E. “Jean” Colbert and her step-father, Arthur Colbert.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Ed Lee Mortuary, with Yvonne Evans officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
