Several drug arrests reported from Friday morning…
-Washington Police report a traffic stop at 2:14 Friday morning resulted in the arrest of 30-year-old David R. Edwards and 38-year-old Christy Biddle both of Plainville. Both were jailed for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
-Six people were jailed early Friday morning in Daviess County on drug related and other charges. 37-year-old Jonathan Waggoner, 42-year-old Heather McCord, 50-year-old Lionel Bogard, 28-year-old Jessica Garland all of Washington, and 27-year-old Echo Petty of Petersburg all face charges of dealing meth as well as various possession and nuisance charges. McCord was also charged with neglect of a dependent and Garland with trafficking. Also arrested was 34-year-old Michael A. Kane of Loogootee charged with visiting a common nuisance. The arrests took place at 1930 East 250 South in Washington. Officers from Daviess and Martin Counties and state police went to the home investigating a report of possible drug activity . There they found 33 grams of crystal meth, some marijuana, a schedule 4 substance, syringes and other paraphernalia.
-18-year-old Marshall B. Dillon of Washington was jailed at 2:50 this morning for minor possession of alcohol.
-At 1:20am today, 27-year-old Ose Osmaro Ayala of Washington was charged with operating while intoxicated, possession of a false ID, operating while never having a license and other charges.
44-year-old Cirila Angeles Mora was charged with operating while never receiving a license. Bond was posted after the early morning arrest today.
