Arrests for rape and residential entry made over the weekend.
– 31-year-old Kevin L. Corns of Washington was arrested on two out of county warrants overnight. No bond was set.
-A Washington Police investigation over the weekend resulted in a rape arrest. 30-year-old Joseph T. Brown was being held at the Daviess County Security Center without bond. The arrest took place on Sunday.
-Percy J. Lyford the 4th of Washington was arrested on Sunday for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance and with endangerment, possession of meth, marijuana and paraphernalia. No bond was set.
-Robert E. Cassidy, 57 of Washington was picked up on Sunday on a warrant for failure to appear. Bond was bond was posted.
18-year-old Billy R. Pruett of Loogootee was jailed on Saturday for minor consumption, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was posted.
-56-year-old Danny J. Smith of Washington was arrested Saturday by Washington Police for residential entry. No bond was set.
-Jeremy L. Riggins, 29 of Odon, was arrested on Saturday for five counts of operating while intoxicated, including with endangerment, a prior conviction, with a controlled substance and with .15% or higher.
