Clay County jail inmate finally identified

Woman arrested for driving erratically has been refusing to tell police who she is.

A woman that’s been held in that’s been held in the Clay County Jail since Tuesday has finally been identified.  The woman was arrested Tuesday after 911 calls reported a car passing traffic at a high rate of speed on the shoulder of I-70 in Clay County.  When State Police tried to stop her she lost control of her car, nearly striking 2 troopers, ran off the highway and cashed into a wooded area.  She then fled on foot.  She was quickly captured, arrested and taken Jail refusing to identify herself.  She continued to refuse to identify herself for the next several days.  Police submitted her finger prints to AFIS and she was eventually identified as Judy Miller, 20, of Louisville, Kentucky. Miller is in the Clay County Jail charged with Resisting Law Enforcement, Auto Theft, Reckless Driving, and Refusal to Identify Self to Law Enforcement.
