Two warrants served, one jailed for allegedly being disorderly.
-A Pike County man was arrested yesterday on a warrant for failure to appear. 53-year-old Darrell W. Kelsey of Velpen was jailed yesterday and posted bond.
-33-year-old Richard R. Morford of Washington was arrested yesterday on a warrant for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond was set at 410,000.
-25-year-old Shandell C. Nelson of Washington was charged overnight with disorderly conduct. No bond was set.
