Two teens have died in an ATV crash in Vigo County.
      Indiana Conservation officers say 17-year-old Curtis England and 16-year-old Jordan Herring, both of West Terre Haute, were killed when the ATV they were on last evening hit a tree on Certain Road.
A UPS driver made the 911 call when he came upon the accident. He and a concerned citizen both administered CPr but to no avail.
The investigation revealed that it appeared the two were on the vehicle and tried to negotiate a curve when it crashed.
The accident remains under investigation.
It’s unclear which boy was driving. Both were wearing helmets.
